Bring-a-Friend, Sibling Plan, Other Discounts & Conditions

Mountain Trails tries to make our programs as affordable as possible, so we offer discounts when we can. There are a limited number of discounted places on each camp, so you may need to book early to qualify.

Bring-a-Friend

This is our best discount & rewards you for introducing someone new to the Mountain Trails experience. You get more than 20% off the price of the Camp for both you & your friend if you come on a camp together, and one or both of you have not been on a Mountain Trails School Holiday Camp before. To get the discount you need to fill in the Bring-a-Friend details on both forms.

Sibling Plan

This discount is the same as BaF, and it applies to more than one camper who are siblings & are paid by the same person. The siblings can be on separate camps in the same holiday period.

Multiple Camps

For those who are extra keen & come on more than one camp in a holiday period, we can give a 15% discount on each camp.

If you are a regular camper, and enjoy coming to Mountain Trails often, we will give you a massive discount of 50% on every 6^th School Holiday Camp.

Booking in & Deposits

Bookings are secured by completing a Camp Registration Form, and sending a deposit of $50, and this can be in the form of cheque, credit card details, or direct deposit (details on Registration Form). Telephone bookings will hold a place for 7 days while waiting confirmation. Full payment is expected by 10 days prior to the camp commencement.

Cancellation more than a week prior to camp will forfeit the deposit, but other payments will be refunded. As staff are engaged & food ordered, we do not refund fees for cancellations less than a week before camp. If this is for unexpected reasons such as illness, we usually give a credit of camp fees, less the deposit.
